In My Life – George Martin (Producer) decided to record and release an album of songs that he felt a special
bond with but with a new twist. Some of his choices are amusing and emotional!
The album was released on the 20th October 1998.
The making of this album appeared on UK Television during 1997 I believe on the BBC.
The track from Abbey Road that Phil Collins sings and plays on was recorded at the Château des Avenières near Annecy in France
during the Dance In To The Light sessions that took place in the Summer of 1996.
Hugh Padgham is producing the Dance Into The Light album and he can be seen in TV footage helping Phil Collins and George Martin
during the recording of “Golden Slumbers”/”Carry That Weight”/”The End”
