Notes:
The tour would be preserved in the memory for future generations in the form of the Double Live CD Archive 04 and also the Live DVD Once Above A Time, The DVD would show the talents of Steve’s current band with fantastic and innovative camera work as well as a glorious Surround Sound DTS soundtrack!

Gary O’toole had a brand new Mapex kit, which replaced the Pearl Kit he had been using with Steve since Gary joined Steve’s band in 2000!
