This is the Italian release of Carpet Crawlers / The Lamb Lies Down On Broadway
We assume it was released on the 21st or 28th April 1975 in accordance with the UK release of the same single, this one being Portuguese is a co release with Phonogram and Charisma, if anyone has any further information please contact us.
