Sadly with the untimely demise of Paul Young you can never truly know how this album would have turned out, here Paul Carrack and Mike Rutherford continue the Mechanics but the gulf left behind by Paul Young and previous writing/production methods shows.
In places the album is very Electronic almost electronic pop which when you consider the previous album Beggar On A Beach of Gold being pretty much guitar ballad orientated its a sharp contrast!
