The Lamb Lies Down On Broadway tour
Two letters written to Melody Maker about the Lamb Lies Down On Broadway live show at Wembley Empire Pool (Arena), these letters are of complaint about the noise levels and or the size / position of the PA system. They fly in the face of what was reported to be the best shows of the whole tour with the Arena being the right size to give the production a chance to stretch its legs and grow. In Mike Rutherford’s autobiography he recalls how his parents came and had their own ear plugs at the Wembley shows.
Published on the 26th April 1975. Here for historical and archival evidence of The Lamb tour.
