Easy Lover is a duet with Philip Bailey of Earth Wind and Fire this is a single taken from Philip Bailey’s album Chinese Wall which Phil Collins produced, Easy Lover was co written with Nathan East, Phil Bailey and Phil Collins.
A music video was filmed which is meant to be a tongue in cheek as both Phil’s showcase different ideas to each other as to how the video could look or which direction it could go in, the video includes a helicopter taking off from Battersea Heliport and flying over part of London.
Easy Lover was released on the 9th March 1985 reaching number 1 in the UK charts were it remained at number 1 for FOUR weeks! and staying in the charts for 12 weeks.
