This album is made up of songs which were recorded for a John Peel session sometime in 1975/76,
The final song is taken from a live recording during the two week series of gigs at Ronnie Scott’s during the Summer of 1976.
A lot of the songs are similar to the songs that would later appear on the first solo album Unorthodox Behaviour.
