This is a ticket for the show at The Mellon Arena, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA on the 26th September 2004.
This show was cancelled before the tour began, we believe it was down to routing issues e.g the
distances between the venues the night before and the night afterwards were perhaps too great to make this show viable.
